When can I start using my membership?
Your membership is effective immediately. There is no waiting period.

How can I use my member-exclusive discount for treatment?
Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is current and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.

If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?
No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.

Are there any exclusions or limitations?
Yes. The membership cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan, including CareCredit®; for referrals to specialists; for hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind; for cost of dental care that would be covered under automobile medical claims; for services or injuries covered under workers' compensation; for treatment which, in the sole opinion of the treating dentist, lies outside the realm of their capability; for treatment covered by any insurance plan: dental, medical, or workers' compensation; for Invisalign® treatment, in-office whitening, or cosmetic treatment; or dental products such as toothbrushes.
